Certainly it could be, but I would certainly not be able to regard Ms Powell as a credible witness, in that her unsupported word would now be valueless in court, I think.

If she can produce persuasive evidence in corroboration of her account, then that's different, but otherwise why believe a word she has to say any more than you'd believe the My Pillow Guy?

If and when she produces evidence to corroborate what she's saying, I might change my change my opinion, but until that happens, I can't readily forget that she spent several months saying things on behalf of Trump about the election that were self-evidently untrue and nonsensical, so I can't regard her as a reliable witness of fact, even when she says something I might want to be true.

Whether or not that's how it went down, anything that publicly continues to drop bombs on the Republican 'toon patrol is good, I feel.

Meanwhile, much much more light (and outrage) should be placed on the efforts of the Trump coup.
