There's a few times where I have heard Cooper Sharp cheese is the best for cheesesteaks. I think it is a regional cheese so if you aren't in the NE may be hard to get. I got some and yes, this is a cheese for melting and is very good for cheesesteaks or grilled cheese sandwiches. Yummy. It is described as American cheese but this is no Kraft singles garbage.

Edited to add: I looked at their store map. It seems to only be available in the greater Philly area or online.

I bought 1.5 kg of cream cheese cheap online to share with my daughter's family. Some of mine went a bit runny, so in with the stick blender & some fresh grated garlic and OMGOSH I am deeply in love. Put it on everything for about a week and still crave more.

How to humiliate humble Emmanuel Macron, Joe Biden style: to serve him Oregon blue cheese at an official dinner 2022 in the White House, which won the world cheese championship in 2019. And American sparkling wine.

I shall attempt eggplant parmesan this evening. My breading skills are questionable at best. It may become eggplant surprise!
This turned out well for the record. I managed wet hand dry hand pretty well. Handling the eggplant I mean. Going to just stop talking now kbye

If I was working at Olive Garden, I think I could interpret what a "fuck me up" amount of cheese is.

Enough to compensate for the salt lick on the plate that Olive Garden calls "food" but there is not that much cheese on the planet.
