feature SL Social Media Channels On Discord

There are multiple channels in the VVO Community Discord server that contain posts from /r/secondlife, Facebook SL groups and Youtube. They are a great way to visually see what is new on these platforms. The reddit and facebook channels are automated (I am adding multiple SL Facebook groups), and I am manually choosing Youtube videos at the moment but will automate it as well.
