That package is basically like receiving an anonymous letter in the mail, with words and letters cut from a magazine or newspaper, spelling out "We ArE wAtchING yoU".
Except a bit scarier, considering that its corporate spying not just some weirdo stalker.... so larger number of victims.

Saber-rattling going on here in Louisiana over abortion right now.

The state is one of the many red states that enacted "trigger laws" in anticipation of Roe's overturn to completely outlaw all abortion and imprison doctors and others who provide abortion-enabling services, although in Louisiana's case the law is under a temporary injunction pending legal challenges and can't be enforced yet.

However, the mayor and city council of New Orleans, along with the city police superintendent, as well as the Orleans Parish sheriff and the parish DA, have all publicly pledged that they will not make any arrests or charge anyone under the new abortion ban. This has riled the state AG (who is positioning to run for governor in the impending race), who has called for the state's bond commission - of which he is a member - to hold up any new state funding for anything in New Orleans until the local officials agree to enforce the abortion ban. The governor does not support the AG's call.

That's one way to interpret it, although it would be pretty difficult to "save the life of a baby" by killing the mother, so I don't think that's how this law would shake out in enforcement. I think the more practical interpretation is the state sanctioning the murder of OB-GYN doctors and staff.

And mothers who are not white, most likely.

Fun fact: Missouri is one of the states who just decided women aren't allowed to get abortions, because they say a fertilized embryo is a human life.

Also fun fact: In Missouri, if a married woman is pregnant she can't get divorced until the pregnancy ends (i.e. she gives birth or miscarries), because... Missouri doesn't recognize it as a human life (and thus custody can't be finalized) until it is born.

Anyway, just like all the other states removing the woman's choice, we're going to see a lot more murdered pregnant women in this country.

We know, NAACP, that our country has a history of claiming ownership over human bodies. And today, extremists, so-called leaders are criminalizing doctors and punishing women for making healthcare decisions for themselves — personal decisions that it is her right to make in consultation with her doctor, her pastor, her priest, her rabbi, her loved ones, not her government telling her what to do.

Not quite; Nostradamus' "prophecies" were based on astrology, and he was constantly wrong.
Agree - Nostradamus was just the most famous one I could think of at the moment.
