Now I want an egg and sausage breakfast sammich! 🤤
Me, too! I took a closer look at that one, very different from how we make such sandwiches and was instantly both salivating and interested in giving it a go.

ETA: Of particular interest was the mixing of tabasco and malt vinegar with the mayo.

I'm reminded of my mom's scrambled eggs sandwiches, which were sort of a replacement for egg salad sandwiches in my home. I consider them her omelet replacement, as well (she hated making regular omelets) - she would add ham, bacon, cheese and some onion and tomato.

Two slices of whole grain bread, thinly covered with margarine.
In between: A layer of curly salad, a slice of 48+ original Gouda cheese (meaning produced in or around Gouda, NL) A layer of sliced tomato, seasoned with a bit of pepper.

Or the same with two slices of toasted grain bread (preferable not the chewing gum white type).

Gouda cheese is produced all over the world, as the name is used for a certain method to make cheese.
If you see Gouda in the USA it is most likely produced somewhere in the USA.

Sadly, this method is to widely spread to get the name Gouda for the originally Dutch cheese protected.
Most Gouda's outside the NL, taste like cheese, but not like Goude can and should taste.
You don't know what you miss until you tasted the original 48+
