I can't watch it either but Bruce and one of our friends have it on in the other room, while they wait for a video project to render. Apparently Ted Cruz's questions were designed to establish that it's all Obama's fault. I guess I'll wait and hear what Rachel has to say tonight. I wonder how Fox "News" is reporting it.
