Yay! Northern Ireland Abortion and Same Sex Marriage victories

Last night Abortion in Northern Ireland was decriminalised and Same Sex Marriage legalised after legislation passed in Westminster earlier this year came into force following failure local failure to form a devolved government. This now brings Northern Ireland rights in these areas in line with the rest of the UK and the Republic of Ireland

At least something good coming out of Westminster now and then. The assembly of Northern Ireland, though elected, has no government since March 2017.
