We talk a lot about the weather up here, it’s a thing, so anything and everything weather related.
I guess that explains them having literally a thousand wind turbines in the province.![]()
Peak wind gust hits 145 km/h in southern Alberta, 9 all-time records set - The Weather Network
Wind gusts recorded in the Taber area Wednesday would register at EF-1 on the Enhanced Fujita scale used to rate tornado damage.www.theweathernetwork.com
I drove through the fields of them the other year. Some of those valleys on the plains side of the Rockies, no one dares park their cars any direction other than pointing into the wind or your doors might be blown right off when you open them. (Except unusual door configurations, although I can picture a Tesla' gull wing doors airborne like a kite.)I guess that explains them having literally a thousand wind turbines in the province.
When I first saw your post it didn’t register. I was like, what’s she talking about? Don’t feel bad, I’m often confused at some of the references people make here. I’ve learnt to just continue scrolling. Is it language? Country? Who knows, I don’t have time to google every little thing. It seems if the weather outside is frightful it's good to caress, not to hear nobody should.
You're weird. Like the rest of us.How in the world do you all tolerate me...![]()
