Assist Residents: We offer assistance to new residents, answer questions, and provide guidance.
Combat Griefers: We address disruptive behaviors, such as spamming and harassment, to maintain a peaceful environment.

Alternately, they know that when you call in an SL 'law enforcement' group to deal with a griefer you simply end up having two groups of griefers on your hands.

But I got to beat up on various 'SL law officers' using LL provided tools. My fave was freezing them and putting a pink tutu n a guy in military fatigues.

I used to sit on the fringes of Woodbury and hung out on their sims. Does that count?

Though they are all banned now since forever.
