I moved from my house to one of the fancy houseboats. I do like having water access like this, though I am kind of still iffy on the whole, "cluster of houseboats".

I added an add-on wall piece inside and a floating dock.

I've just got a mainland sim -65536sqm, 22500 LI.
Finances being as flakey as ever I have no idea how long I'll hold on to it; but it's a dream sim. Abandoned or skybox neighbors on 3 sides of me, gently sloping hillside with just enough terraformability to turn into something useful...not sure what, exactly I'm going to do with it. Hopefully I keep it long enough to figure that out!
