High quality, single floor, modern homes with modify rights?

Can anyone recommend a single floor, high quality, modern home with modify rights at least? Preferably with a more-open open floor plan. Stairs inside the home are a big deal breaker, that is why I am asking for a single floor. My plot size is 4096 sqm, but I want to keep the home to smaller-ish and more manageable since I suck at decorating and it would be easier to do.

I've checked out Minimal, Varonis, Trompe Loeil (still going through the demos of houses), and Roost.
