The guidelines they propose seem to be a bit "rubbery". While they're pretty "drawing the line" on ensuring everything is "no transfer", some of the others are definitely in "Huh??" territory.

• Games of Skill: If a game of skill (like throwing darts or spinning a wheel) is used to win a prize, it is still permitted as long as the prize and its container are marked as "No Transfer."
• Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes are unaffected, as long as all participants receive the same content. Different items distributed to different subscribers based on chance are now allowed but must also follow the “No Transfer” rule.

So how do you impart "skill" in throwing darts or spinning a wheel in a virtual environment?

And the subscription boxes description is totally whacked, saying "Yes" and "No" both at the same time.

I generally give my extras away. They don't actually sell for more than a pittance.

Are there any open source gacha's I can look at to tinker with the script? There really should be a way to complete the set if you pay like, double-price or something. Having a random-only mode just makes it a gambling device with attendant addiction behavior.
