The man approached him to see him sitting naked in the driver's seat with wires and the device, later revealed to be an iReliev muscle stimulator, on his penis.

It works by sending electrical currents from the device to a part of the body hooked to it by pads.

Jenkins had placed the pads on his penis and had the controller sitting next to his gear stick.

He declined Jenkins' invitation to get in the car and phoned police but was able to take a photograph of him first.
