It's free on GOG.com It's being called a "DLC" mainly because Fallout hasn't had a good official update for F4 since - well, forever. But it's really a mod, a very extensive mod, and it's free!

You have to, first, backdate any existing Fallout 4 installations back to before Bethesda's half-wit "expansion" that didn't so much except add some meshes and quests.

I've delayed downgrading my FO4, waiting to see if Bethesda will offer me a simple way to keep playing my old ongoing FO4 game. GOG offers you a runtime tool to do the dirty work but I' so sick of Bethesda games being so incomplete I can't run them out of the box. What I hate worse is running mods for years and then having all my mods disabled!

I'm going with GOG mainly because there really isn't another choice.

Fallout London is nice. I really enjoyed the bried opening with Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy as the two scientists. That said, I crashed every time I boarded the train. I installed a mod to fix most crashes but now have random crashes to desktop despite following all the steps to fix them. They are working on a patch so I'll have to take a break until it is released and see if that fixes my crashes.
