Effecient way to find specific parcel to rent?

I am looking for a 1/4 homestead parcel which ok, np to find one.

But, I need it on SE corner and grass terrain specificially. I am only seeing sand terrains by hopping around.

What is a good way to find such a parcel other than by luck?

Find the main office of any rental place. They will usually have a list of parcels or land they have to rent. When in doubt contact one of the agents. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask, that is their job to assist you in finding a place to rent.

Thanks, that's the trick though, how to find the rental places? I find some hopping around, but is there a place to see a list of all of them?

Land search was down last week I don't know if it's working again, else you could use the options there to find listings, and more importantly see descriptions for their instructions as Madi Perth stated. Off the top of my head you could search for "anshex" on the net and go to their webpage and look around at what they have available. Their pricing seems competitive with someone who has a 600$l/week stipend account (that is you pay them what you'd pay LL for a year of premium), just keep an eye out as their parcel sizes don't line up with mainland LI, and their parcel rules change between locations.

Mine is L$650 a week.

Mine is 650 as well.

Also I rent from Dreamseeker, and would endorse them as good landlords. You may also be able to change your grass texture yourself. A friend of mine helped me do it on my homestead.
