So, say you've written a book. It's horror, and 600 pages. You send it out to various relevant sites for review. One replies, and apologises, cautioning that its review is not especially positive.
Do you:
(a) listen to what they have to say, and take their criticisms on board,
(b) embark on nine screenfuls of assertion regarding the quality of your writing, how many very important people love your work, and conclude the reviewer must therefore be mistaken?
