I guess I have to grudgingly admit it's art, even though I personally dislike the method in this case. Perhaps somebody decided that the lane was no longer edgy enough, so they added an extra layer of disruption. *grumbles like old lady* I want the good old fashioned established graffiti, not this newfangled stuff.Given the context, i'd equate this to an extreme form of artistic expression. It's an anarchic act and disrupts the status quo. It's still artistic expression though. By normalising the general change of street art in an area, we have accepted it. Street art/graffiti in it's purest sense was always anarchic. This is the new... It's deliberately shocking.
