Remember the Blender god? That's what this reminds me of.

He doesn't need Arlantus. He's a professer of Architecture. He should be going wild about his chosen profession - there's enough amazing things in his profession to build.

Put the Brutalist Manchester Lincoln house sise by side with Falling Water and a 3D printed home. Build that weird Spanish cathedral. Build a Mars colony. Design tiny homes for the homeless. Create an Interstate cloverleaf and examine what could be safely built in that wasted circle while still supporting drainage and required setbacks. Build something for one of his classes.

I was bored enough to read my way through a lot of words. It seems the central concept is that his virtual land is an exact replica of real land somewhere in the world (I'll take his word for it). And if you buy a square foot of virtual land in ANTlantUS, you will be buying (as a collective) the equivalent square foot of land in the real world... somewhere.

And this is enticing because....why?

After all, if was interested in real world land (that was available and that I could afford), I'd just go buy it. And if I was interested in virtual land, its connection to real world land is irrelevant. So how has this connection in any way enhanced either purchase?

He's old enough to know better, unless he's thinking of making a quick buck in crypto/nft/virtual worlds as a retirement nest egg. He himself might have fallen prey to buzzword bingo trying to bilk him out of money for the Founders Institute.

Wait... this guy thinks he can sell off bits of land in SL as NFTs (more or less)? ROFL wait till LL gets a load of this.

When it's Gold Fever you can never be too old. It's an intersection of Fear of Missing Out, gambling addiction, mass hysteria, ponzi. People who know they're pretty smart suddenly think they're super geniuses and will be Rich by Next Tuesday.

Yeah, I didn't make any comments about the Ponzi scheme aspect to ANTlantUS, but it's there too, with the limited numbers Founders Group and the Multilayered governance.

For all the buzz words, I noticed the one glaring absence in this metaverse is avatars. Cause faking avatars is harder, I guess.

It’s possible that OP doesn’t understand they’re building a ponzi and were legitimately swept up in hysterics and FOMO and would have ended up alongside all the other rug pulls we’ve witnessed over the last six months. Great intentions, delusions of genius, leading to just another faceplant.
