Legolas and Gimli's offspring maybe.

Hmmmm, now I wonder what that prompt would return.

Edit: Science say its basically just, a pretty faced Gimli with elf ears. I need to find some place to stick images for posting.

A rather macabre picture that is apparently of Raven repairing Coyote at a highway rest stop.

"Dawg, you gotta stop chasing that roadrunner. There ain't enough meat on it to make it worth your while nohow."

It's not really a request but more of a discussion. Has anyone managed to find or come across a free AI Image Generator that is really worthwhile and can generate good examples of pixel art? Personally, I have tried some free ones but the results are bad or very limited in their scale.
I have gotten alright results from local Stable Diffusion (Using the Automatic1111 version), but also some online ones. Lately I have been using Bing Creator.

Running it locally requires a pretty high end computer and GPU though.

I am not sure you could ever get AI to understand and make "true" pallet limited pixel art though.

I popped up dxdiag to see if my computer met minimum specs. It said my RTX 3050 was disabled. What??? I enabled it. Thanks for giving me the urge to check that.

It shows 4 gigs dedicated ram with another 8 shared so who knows, maybe it would work.

Automattic1111 can run with 4 GB of VRAM, when launching with the right parameter. 16 GB RAM on the computer is a must.

Low VRAM Video-cards

When running on video cards with a low amount of VRAM (<=4GB), out of memory errors may arise. Various optimizations may be enabled through command line arguments, sacrificing some/a lot of speed in favor of using less VRAM:

  • Use --opt-sdp-attention OR the optional dependency --xformers to cut the gpu memory usage down by half on many cards.
  • If you have 4GB VRAM and want to make 512x512 (or maybe up to 640x640) images, use --medvram.
  • If you have 4GB VRAM and want to make 512x512 images, but you get an out of memory error with --medvram, use --lowvram --always-batch-cond-uncond instead.
  • If you have 4GB VRAM and want to make images larger than you can with --medvram, use --lowvram.

Another online one that does alright results is Mage.space (thats a url). Just keep in mind unless you mark them private, which you can do, everything shows up.in your profile stream.

On another note to history. Bing Creator, as near as I can tell, only saves your last 10 or 15 or so. So download anything you might want to keep. Inkind of wish you could tell it to dump into your OneDrive.

Did you ask for dwarves "standing magestically on a rock overlooking a valley" or is that just a super strong sterotype that its learned.

Also I like the frogs.
