A New Call for Help for Maxwell Graf

Back in 2017, beloved and esteemed SL content creator Maxwell Graf (of Rustica fame) and his wife, (SL username: Lyyric Fei) found themselves in a housing crisis. Sadly, due to events well outside their control (the landlord sold the place they live in to an "investor"), they're in the same situation. Housing is (artificially) scarce. And expensive. So, Max has started a GoFundMe campaign to gather the remainder of the money needed for a down payment for what they were able to find. They're running out of time and options.

I wrote about this all here, and I hope we can all help them out:

I missed your link entirely because it's not marked with an underline. Sometimes I catch the blue color indicator, but other times, depending on the light, I never see it. So I was grateful Khamon provided a more obvious link and that was the one I actually used.

This is what it's all about. People helping others when help is needed regardless of race, religion, etc. Even if you can't do more than read a story to a group of children while others raise the barn. That is how we will get into space. That is how the human race survives.

On the other hand, you can't convince the greedy to share.

Which is probably the real reason we'll never hear from another intelligent species. They all wipe themselves out before they can achieve interplanetary space flight, much less interstellar. We're on that path right now.
