My money is on fake, a cgi enhanced effort. There appears to be no intakes at all for air to be ducted thru it. If it is jet/rocket powered, there are no heat waves representing the hot gasses escaping underneath for lift. Handlebars/hand grips are at an odd angle for having to sit in crotch...

An actual comic book cover. The story reads like a Dukes of Hazzard script with Bigfoot taking the place of them there Duke Boys... Sprinkle in more cryptids and it is a fun read. Seems to be scheduled for just 4 issue run.
