Even with everything else going on right now, I feel like my soul has been renewed today and that the nightmare of the past four years truly has ended. I started ugly crying seeing Joe and Jill standing on the balcony during the fireworks display while Katy Perry sang Firework. Such an amazing moment, and such a stark contrast to the utter bleakness of the past four years.
