They do have their own reporting staff, et al., and perform a good deal of original reporting. So not really like say a Gizmodo or Boing Boing.IMHO the correct term would be "website based news aggregator"

Not a bad deal at all. In this sense, LL functions as a service provider that is now responsible for all money issues and Wookey doesn't have to worry about any of it. That's a good deal.Looks like the Wookie got a bad deal, Sansardollars still run through LL's hands...
