Ummm, he does know that Tom is fucking crazy right?

Like "I can summon the energy of someone on a mountian of coke being fed into me like that thing Bane has" crazy.
Mr. Bieber is, of course, well-known to be a paradigm of mental stability and good judgement.

A helicopter, possibly attempting an emergency landing after some malfunction, has crashed on top of a building in NYC. Officials have confirmed the pilot was killed and there is a fire, but it reportedly has been contained to the roof of the 50-some-story building.

Perhaps not the best time for Uber to be getting into the business.

US Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao designated one of her staffers to direct $78 million in federal grants specifically to transportation projects in her husband Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's home state of Kentucky, according to a Monday report in Politico.

Politico reported that Chao assigned an aide by the name of Todd Inman, also a Kentucky native plugged into the state's political world, to work on securing grants for infrastructure and transportation projects in Kentucky that McConnell expected would benefit him politically.

Multiple local Kentucky and Transportation officials told Politico that Inman not only served as an important liaison between them and Chao who "has her ear 24 hours a day, seven days a week," but Kentucky received far more special attention from the Department than any other state.

What??? Come on. At least Chuck Norris spent his whole life doing Tex-jitsu or whatever the heck. What's there to be afraid of Al Pacino about? Dude's not old and well trained, he's just old. He couldn't scare up something to eat.

Trump does something completely stupid in response in 3... 2... 1...
The irony is that President Trump has limited his options with Iran. He unilaterally pulled out of the nuclear development treaty for no other reason than a short term effort to grab headlines. In doing so he threw away the only leverage he had on Iran for no real gain. The only thing he can do now is threaten military action. For the Iranians there is no reason to take that seriously.

Any small scale action by the US can only rally support from the Iranian public. Anything larger than that will take attention away from him and divert it to the military. President Trump seems to intuitively understand that conflict will force him to shift the focus on the military, and he cannot grandstand without looking even more crass than usual. The Pentagon has not had a press briefing in over a year and has not had a Secretary of Defense in roughly half a year. (Let that sink in for a second.)

Meanwhile oil prices are spiking as the summer driving season in the US is in full swing. Iran has the US in a vice, and the US is impotent.
